Grosvenor – A tower of quality
The Grosvenor Place complex is close to Sydney’s core banking, legal and finance sector, business houses, government offices and countless other corporate headquarters.
Conceived by Harry Seidler, one of Australia’s most distinguished architects, the tower and surrounding complex are in complete harmony with its heritage surroundings. A true Sydney landmark and one of the most striking buildings on Sydney’s harbour skyline.
With 44 levels (41 of these offices), a 3 storey high lobby and entrance and column free office space, the tower is designed to give maximum lettable floor space ratios and allow for freedom of internal design and planning.
The award winning designers have used quality products and materials throughout the building, including 287 Hansa Cobra electronic basin mixers in the 41 floors of washrooms the building requires.
These mixers offer the highest hygiene standards with touch free operation, water saving features with time flow controlled operation and added safety with water temperature adjuster.
The Grosvenor Place complex is in one of the most beautiful parts of Sydney, close by the Harbour, Circular Quay and the Rocks areas and an iconic landmark in its own right.
